Overview of the services
| Self-management : manage your SIM fleet and the costs of running them | |

SIM Life Cycle: This service enables you to activate a subscription which allows you to open the network services and start the billing in the first use of the SIM associated to the subscription. It also enables to suspend the subscription. |

Machine connectivity: This service provides you all data from our IS concerning the subscription / SIM and offers you the opportunity to establish links between your data and ours. |
|
Traffic tracking: This service provides you the summary of the traffic exchanged between your machines and our network by lines or for a set of lines within your park, for or maximal period of time between the first day of the current month and the current date.
|

Subscription status: This service provides the subscription status and SIM data referring to the last commercial modifications to the SIM options.

| Auto-diagnosis : simplify your incident diagnosis | |
Service customer alarms : This service allows you to configure alarms which send alerts in order to :
- detected traffic for an undesired period of time

Incident diagnostic:
This service provides you, on request, potential network malfunctions where your machines
and SIM cards are located.
|
|
Session history:
This service provides you with the history of all communications on the SIM card within a given period and allows you to analyse the traffic on the line.
|
|
Network status:
This service gives you, on request, the radio network coverage for France mainland and its availability, on a specific location, at a specific time.
|

To optimize the use of services for each customer, different levels of threshold have been provided based on the size of the fleet.

From the 6th June 2011,
The 2.2.0 version is available for all clients, it gives access to the new services « customer alarms », «traffic tracking» and provides an evolution on the service «incident diagnosis» which enrich the set of M2M services provided by Orange.
«Traffic Tracking» remplaces the v1.0.6 former service «consumption tracking ».
«Incident diagnosis» provides the coordinates detected when location is successful.
The previous version 2.1.0 and the 1.0.6 version remain available, they will continue to work for all companies which have integred it .
To use new services, the developer should use the new SDK below.
