With the Multimedia Conference API (using the Multimedia Conference service from Orange), your application users will be able to organise remote meetings on the web
(web conference) and via the phone (audio conference).
The service is designed for businesses wishing to save time, reduce their travelling expenses,using an environment-friendly product.

The Multimedia Conference service, a real time collaboration solution, enables meeting of many attendees instantaneously and simultaneously from a simple computer with Windows for the organiser, and from any environment (Mac, Linux, ...) for the attendees.
With the presentation of a document, you can show your data wherever the attendees are.
With application or desk sharing, you can quickly train end-users or enable your helpdesk team to diagnose and to solve efficiently customers issues remotely.

The API enables access to the service with various user profiles such as an organiser, a presenter and of course an attendee.
The service is configured for a maximum of 50 attendees per session on a web conference and audio conference.

If you use one or several room numbers, less than 5 hours per month, you should use the web + audio with use.
From 5 hours of web conferencing per month, you should use the unlimited web offer.
If you need to use more than one room, and for more than 5 hours each, you can subscribe several unlimitted web conferences.

Using the API is simple. Just follow the steps below:

Prerequisite: becoming Premium member
To test an API,
you need to registrer in Orange Partner web site (member), and to become
a Premium member.
If you're not already an Orange Partner member, become one now, and make sure
you tick the "Yes, I am interested in using Orange APIs" box on the membership
form.
If you're already an Orange Partner member, sign in, and verify your account:
tick the "Yes I am interested in using Business APIs" box.
To become Premium member, please complete the registration form (don't forget to tick
« Please tick the box
if you're a business based in France wishing to access
trial and live APIs ») and enter your SIRET number.
If you are already Premium member, sign in, and verify your account: tick « Please tick

In both cases, you will receive an acknowledgement by email, and, in a few days, a
confirmation of your Premium status.
Once Premium member, click on the "test" button above, to obtain the credentials needed to integrate the test API.
