The API from Orange allows you to establish phone calls between two numbers within your web application.
Currently, the API is in alpha mode
This means that it's FREE to use with some service limitations (as you would expect).

Phone calls can be established between any landline, mobile and VoIP terminals in most European countries. The API is not limited to Orange customers, it can be used to connect anybody.
Use this API to establish calls between users of your application, or let visitors call you from your blog / website.
Please follow the following simple steps to take full advantage of the information we've provided you with.

Here, you can get your access key and configure settings for the SMS API, email API, location API and click-to-call API.
The administrator web interface is the same for all the APIs.
