The Widget Editor is currently in beta mode. It’s free to use but remember if you use any of the Instant APIs in your widget and invoke methods you will be charged for the API usage. Details of this can be found in the pricing tab for each of the APIs.
You need to be an Orange Partner member and have your access key at hand in order to access and use the Widget Editor. If you're not already an Orange Partner member, you can register here
