your profile: get more from the programme

We're asking for a little bit more info about you to make sure that we’re getting and providing information to suit your varying wants and needs.

So, we’d like you to answer a few simple additional questions that you’ll find in ‘your profile’.

You'll then see an overview of ‘your profile’ on the right hand side (as shown on the example).
To amend and update your profile just click on the
‘update my profile now’ link.

And then you’ll find you’re in the “modify profile” screen.

You’ll see the contact and communication preferences that you originally provided – are they up to date?

And also, you’ll see a few new questions – it’s easy to spot them – their answers will invite you to “select one”.

The 3 new questions are:

what do you do?
what do you want to do with Orange?
how can we help you - what do you want from
Orange Partner?

Just select an answer that best fits you and your needs from the drop down box.

We also ask if you’d like to be kept updated about:

mobile applications and solutions
“other innovation” - non mobile or that adds to mobile
our APIs

A simple “yes please” or “no thanks” answer is all you need to select here – we’ll then send you periodic emails, focussing on specific areas that you’re interested in – we’re working harder to tailor our messages to keep you informed with only what is relevant and interesting to you.

Importantly, please also say “yes” in the appropriate “Email Notifications” section – the second box - this is the legal bit and formally confirms that you're happy for us to send you emails as part of our terms and conditions for how we work together. We’d hate you to miss out because you’ve not ticked this important box.

Finally, just before the “Email Notifications” section, we ask you how you heard about us, and provide a drop down list to make it easy for you to tell us.

Please check we're up to date and tell us more about what your business does and what your company specialises in... look for the questions inviting you to "Select one..." .

It’s important that you keep your profile (especially your email address) up to date: the more accurate the information we have about you, the more effectively we can provide you with what you’re after.
