All rights reserved. Orange consents to you browsing the Site on your computer or printing copies of extracts from these pages for your personal use only and not for redistribution unless consented to in writing by Orange. Individual documents in the Site or parts of the Site may be subject to additional terms indicated in those documents or parts.

Orange reserve the right to vary the terms of this contract from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting of the varied Site terms and conditions on the Site. By continuing to use the Site you will be deemed to accept such variation.

By accessing and using this Site you hereby agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you and Orange agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

 
PRIVACY POLICY
 

This privacy policy is applicable to this Site. Different privacy policies may apply to other Orange Group sites which are available on the World Wide Web. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

 
1. Your information.

By registering as an Orange Partner Basic Member, Premium Member or Contracted Partner you are required to provide some personal information. This information will be used for the following principle purposes:

  1. To help you find services and information on the Site;
  2. To help Orange create Web site content most relevant to you; and
  3. To alert you to products and services which Orange considers may be of interest to you.

By registering as an Orange Partner Basic Member, Premium Member or Contracted Partner you consent to Orange sharing your information for the purposes set out above with other Orange Group companies. “Orange Group” means any and all companies in which Orange holds directly or indirectly more than 20% of the capital and/or voting rights In addition, Orange may disclose your information to its service providers and business partners to help Orange with these purposes. They or Orange may contact you by mail, telephone, electronic messaging services, fax or email to let you know about any goods, services or promotions which may be of interest to you.

 

If you do not wish to have personal information used as a basis for contacting you please notify Orange by email to developers@orange.com and to the best of its ability Orange will remove or block access to that information.

Supply and accuracy of information. When you provide to Orange any information about another person you confirm that you are appointed to act for them, and consent to the processing of their personal data, and to the transfer of their information abroad and to receive on their behalf any data protection notices. You undertake to notify Orange of any changes to the information which you provide from time to time. You have a right to ask for a copy of your information (for which Orange will charge a small fee) and to correct any inaccuracies in it.

Transfer of data outside the EEA. By registering as an Orange Partner Basic Member, Premium Member or Contracted Partner you consent to Orange transferring your information to countries which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK. If Orange does make such a transfer it undertakes to put in place a contract to ensure that your information is protected.

4.

Disclosure of your information to third parties. In addition to the disclosures referred to above, Orange may disclose your personal data acting in good faith if it believes that such action is necessary to: (i) conform with a legal requirement; or (ii) comply with a legal process; or (iii) defend the rights or property of Orange or any Orange Group company; or (iv) enforce the terms of this Site; or (v) act to protect the interests of the Site's users.

Cookies. Orange uses cookies to help you save time and provide you with a more personalised service on the Site. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Supply of information other than personal information. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this Site any non-personal information or material submitted by you to Orange will be deemed not to be confidential. By submitting such non-personal information or materials, you grant Orange an unrestricted, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information and you agree that Orange is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you sent to Orange for any purpose.

8.

Change. Orange may change this Privacy Policy or change, modify or withdraw access to this Site or the content of its pages at any time with or without notice.
