the format
stage one:
All entries had to be submitted via an online form by 13:00 (ETZ) Monday 8 May.
By the end of the first day of Camp, the judges had whittled down the huge list to just 9 short-listed candidates who would be invited to pitch their product or service to the panel.
stage two:
First thing in the morning of the second day of Camp, the nine shortlisted candidates delivered a five minute presentation on their proposal.
Out of the nine,,five were then selected to go through to the next and final round.
stage three:
On the last day of the event, at the crack of dawn, bleary eyed and exhausted from the previous evening's festivities the 5 finalists prepared in the sweltering heat to meet the final panel of judges made up of senior decision makers from Orange.
The presentations were made, the judges deliberated and discussed – and finally a decision was made.
The winner was to be announced at the Closing Pow-Wow in the afternoon of the last day of Orange Partner Camp.

The first and second rounds were judged by a panel of product managers and representatives from the Orange countries worldwide.

What does it do?

Here's how it works: 1. A publisher requests an ad from Advertizer using a keyword or contextual information 2. Advertizer retrieves the best revenue producing ads from multiple suppliers 3. Advertizer sends back the ad feed in the publisher's preferred format 4. Once a click has been performed, Advertizer adapts the ad click as needed.
Example: an ad in the desktop environment goes straight to the advertiser's website; the same ad in mobile gets adapted for a user's phone (via Skweezer or intiated by the phone's dialer). |
