"Learn about Orange" seminar

The "Learn about Orange" seminar was delivered approx. 14 members of the Boston area mobile developer group. The ½ day seminar was coordinated working with Alan Blount, Steve Strassmann, John Wolfe & Pascal Chenais from the Boston office. The attendees ranged from developers to CTO's primarily working for small ISV's and consulting teams who meet monthly to collaborate on new technologies.

The main goal was to introduce the audience to the Orange Partner program as well as outline the resources and programs that are being made available at the Boston developer center. We also solicited feedback to help make our program better. The presentation and discussion focused on a wide range of topics including routes to market, handset availability, dev center resources, network specifics and OS signing issues. All of the attendees have asked to be registered for our newsletter program and several were prepared to submit to the premium membership program.

Overall, the information was very well received and there was an extended Q&A session which ended with a "show us your apps" session. Moving forward we expect to stage other seminars on at least a quarterly basis in Boston and extend the program to the FTR&D SFO facility over the next few months.
