about the France Telecom Group On 1 June 2006 Orange became the single brand for France Telecom Group's Internet, TV and mobile offerings, and Orange Business Services became the Group's business brand name in 220 countries and territories. The new 'Orange' brand is part of the France Telecom Group 'integrated operator strategy' (New Experiences in Telecoms Services), and takes a major step toward fulfilling our promise of simplicity and convergence for our customers - at work and at home. The France Telecom Group considers our relationship with our customers to be a core aspect of our growth. For example; as a first implementation of this new approach, customers in France will now enjoy simplified access to France Telecom Group's (fixed-line communications) and Orange's resources (Internet, TV and mobile). The new Orange Business Services entity has combined the strengths the group. It brings together Equant's international IP network and professional services for multinational organisations, Etrali's financial trading solutions and Orange Business Solutions' existing leadership in mobile technologies for businesses. Orange (the Internet, TV and mobile brand of the France Telecom Group) is one of the world's largest communications brands. France Telecom Group has 23 mobile operations around the world. The Orange brand operates in the following markets - the UK, France, Poland, Switzerland, Romania, Slovakia, the Ivory Coast, the Dominican Republic, Cameroon, the Netherlands, Botswana, and Madagascar.
